THE NEXT NEW YORK: Whitepaper on State-wide Innovation Policy Fairweather Consulting authored "Preparing for the Next New York," a whitepaper outlining state policies to encourage innovation in the New York State economy for the New York State Economic Development Council. The Council presented it to the incoming administration of Governor-elect Eliot Spitzer.

Feasibility Study for a Shared Wine Processing Facility Fairweather Consulting prepared a feasibility analysis for a shared wine processing facility in the Finger Lakes region of New York State for the Schuyler County Partnership for Economic Development. The study provided a pro forma analysis and identified critical success factors to bring the facility on line successfully.
