Fairweather Consulting prepared a strategic plan for a community-based land trust in Northern Dutchess County, NY. The strategy defined the Trust’s unique role in land preservation in its service area, created a prioritized action plan for the organization and made recommendations for the Trust’s long-term sustainability.
