Bannerman Castle Trust
Fairweather Consulting prepared a strategic plan for the organization with stewardship of the Bannerman Castle on Pollepel Island in the Hudson River. The strategic plan identified ways for the Trust to build audience and support for the Castle and recommended staffing changes to better able the Trust to accomplish its mission.
NYS Economic Development Council Strategic Plan
Fairweather Consulting prepared a strategic plan for the state-wide association of economic development professionals in New York, defining the key initiatives that the Council would undertake to support economic development in New York. This was an update of a strategy we had previously created.
